Measures of success

Our success is directly linked to UQ’s ability to deliver on its mission and achieve long term strategic goals.

The following industry objectives aim to measure IT’s overall success in addition to our key principles and goals:

  • Maintain staff satisfaction with IT within the top quartile of our industry peers.

  • Improve student satisfaction with learning resources to place within the top quartile of our industry peers.

  • Increase IT’s operational efficiency rate to place within the top quartile of our industry peers.

  • Increase our percentage of time spent on transformational activities to place within the top quartile of our industry peers.
