Supplier FAQs

There are three ways to access the UQ Supplier Portal:

1. Invitation email: using your unique invitation link
2. UQ Public Tenders webpage: click "View" on the sourcing event of interest
3. Queensland Government's VendorPanel: Click the link to the UQ Public Tenders webpage, and click "View" on the sourcing event of interest.

Are you already registered on the Jaggaer Supplier Network with another organisation?

If yes, please do not attempt to register again. Instead, link your profile to the UQ Supplier Portal. If you need assistance, please reach out to Jaggaer via the Supplier Support webform.

New registrations 

You can start the registration process in two ways:

1. UQ Public Tenders webpage: click "View" on the sourcing event of interest
2. invitation email: using your unique invitation link.

You'll be asked to provide your name, business phone number, email address and other contact details. You'll receive emails to guide you through completing your profile.

Go to User Management > Users > Manage Users. Click Create, enter the new user details and click Save.

On the login page, click Trouble logging in?. You'll recieve an email to reset your password. You'll need to answer your security questions set during registration.

If you encounter any difficulties during a sourcing event, please contact procurementprojects@uq.edu.au.

If you are trying to register a new account and recieve the following error, it means your organisation is already registered:

"my organisation has a relationship but my email address isn't associated with an active user account"

Your business will have a Portal Administrator who can add (or activate) you as a Portal user.

A sourcing event is a formal process where UQ invites suppliers to submit offers or proposals for goods or services.
