Procurement complaints
We take complaints and feedback seriously.
If you would like to lodge a concern or complaint relating to a UQ procurement activity, email the Enterprise Procurement team at procurement@uq.edu.au.
Your complaint will be assessed to determine potential options to resolve it.
We will contact you to:
- acknowledge receipt of your complaint
- obtain additional information which may help in resolving the issue
- advise if your complaint requires escalation to another area of UQ.
