IT Governance creates and maintains governance frameworks that support the Chief Information Officer and ensure appropriate oversight of IT decision-making.

IT governance and management committees

  • Technology Master Planning Committee
    The Technology Master Planning Committee (TMPC) oversees the development and execution of the Technology Master plan and monitors the plan's progress.
  • IT Policy, Risk and Assurance Committee
    The IT Policy, Risk and Assurance Committee (IT PRAC) supports effective IT policy development and implementation, while monitoring IT risk and assurance.
  • IT Change Advisory Board
    The IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) is an advisory body that reviews and oversees all significant changes to IT services at UQ.
  • IT Project Approval Board
    The IT Project Approval Board (IT PAB) is responsible for the portfolio of IT projects and programs and assesses new project and program proposals.
