Goal B, one of six strategic goals of the Technology Master Plan, aims to optimise corporate systems to support effective and efficient operations through technology. This goal is governed by the Goal B Governance Committee, which report to the Technology Master Planning Committee (TMPC).

The Goal B Governance Committee is the decision-making body for the Technology Master Plan Goal B and endorses any Key Results, Roadmaps, Technology Strategies and Goal-specific elements of the Annual Plan. They prioritise initiatives and any emerging demands within the scope of the Goal.

The 2025 Annual Plan of Strategic Initiatives details Goal A to F  strategic initiatives and projects (new, existing and other strategic), and program of works.

The 2025 Goal B Annual Plan Initiatives presents Goal B's strategic initiatives and projects, including new, existing, and other strategic efforts, as well as the supporting program of works.
