How do I MFA if I lost, forgot or damaged my phone or Okta MFA-enabled device?
If you have only temporarily misplaced or forgotten your mobile device and don’t intend to replace it by registering a new device, contact the IAM Project team.
If you have damaged your phone and need to replace it, you will need to register the new device. Follow the FAQ instructions for 'How do I register a new phone or device for MFA?'.
