A contemporary restaurant located in the tranquil setting of Alumni Court on the St Lucia campus.
Patina at Alumni Court is a new premium restaurant and events space that opened to the public in February 2022.
The dining space incorporates the existing structure of heritage-listed former Radon Laboratory. Alumni Court was originally built in 1970 with the help of The Alumni Friends of The University of Queensland Inc, and its history is integrated into the design.
The venue is accented with flairs inspired by its inner-city sister venue, Patina at Customs House. The brass and copper-coloured finishes and luxe interiors flourish in the open-air atmosphere created by the surrounding Alumni Gardens.
Accommodating up to 90 people, the restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bar, and offers a private dining room and premium catering services for meetings, workshops and events.
