Leah gained economic and business qualifications at the University of Queensland and has 15 years of experience in commercial advisory, economic analysis, business case development, infrastructure project procurement and delivery and policy development across both the public and private sector.  

Leah has previously held senior roles in Queensland Treasury, Building Queensland and as Aurecon’s Queensland Infrastructure Advisory Leader, and has led major government transactions and projects.

She has successfully delivered a range of business cases and infrastructure projects for both Aurecon and Government, having particular skills in understanding the priorities and drivers for the public sector, strong analytical and policy skills and the ability to solve problems, bridging the strategic, technical, economic and financial streams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
