Dr Jacques Liebenberg oversees the successful delivery of UQ’s major programs of work. His team provides program management expertise for the University’s key strategic programs, including feasibility, business case development and program delivery, contributing to the successful deployment of the University Strategic Plan.

He has 25 years of experience in the enterprise-wide change and transformation program sectors, holding senior roles in large and complex organisations. His expertise encompasses enterprise system implementations, mergers of large higher education organisations, industrial relations reforms, organisational restructures and large infrastructure development programs.
