Dr Jacques Liebenberg oversees the successful delivery of UQ’s major programs of work, contributing to the successful deployment of the University's Strategic Plan. His team provides program management expertise for the University’s key strategic programs, including feasibility studies, business case development and program delivery.

He has 25 years of experience in the enterprise-wide change and transformation program sectors, holding senior roles in large and complex organisations. His expertise encompasses enterprise system implementations, mergers of large higher education organisations, industrial relations reforms, organisational restructures and large infrastructure development programs.
