Lidia is an experienced project/program advisory and delivery manager, having worked across a variety of industries. She has led several geographically dispersed project delivery teams consisting of both domestic and international team members on a range of ICT and infrastructure projects and is experienced in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Over the last twelve plus years, Lidia has worked on a diverse range of projects in federal and state government, defence, education, banking, retail, telecommunications, and water sectors. Lidia has led the successful delivery of several major projects, including managing business case development, design, procurement, contracts, and delivery of key solutions and infrastructure for asset owners.

For the last two years, Lidia has managed the development of detailed business cases, design and delivery of water infrastructure projects including refurbishment, remediation, and upgrades to dam infrastructure in regional Queensland and the ACT for Sunwater Ltd. 
Prior to this Lidia managed the delivery of new telecommunications infrastructure to all Defence establishments located in the NT and SA as part of a national infrastructure upgrade for Telstra Corporation. She also delivered a variety of network and communications solutions to other key Defence establishments around Australia to support capability uplift.

Lidia is an effective communicator who has the ability to develop and manage working relationships at all levels in an organisation, ensuring mutual benefits are achieved. She adapts well in any environment and is focused on delivering quality outcomes for stakeholders.
