Professional services

The professional services program aims to achieve major transformation across the enterprise application landscape, taking advantages of opportunities to automate HR, finance and administrative processes.

The following initiatives are scheduled to take place in 2021:

  • Continue work as part of the Business Process Digitisation and Automation (BPDA) program to enable efficiencies and process improvement across the University.

  • Work with the Integrity and Investigations Unit to develop an enterprise-wide complaints management system. This initiative will reduce the University’s risk and standardise processes and information management across the University.

  • Commence the Procurement Process and Tools Enhancement project to support the UQ Procurement Framework.

  • Review requirements and investigate the market for an international travel approval system to ensure that staff and student travel is appropriate, safe and aligned with the needs and expectations of the University.

  • Commence work to provide a governance, risk and compliance system that enables enterprise-wide management of UQ risk exposures and compliance obligations.
